Kitchens feature white wood cabinets with frosted glass panels, white Kashmir granite countertops, white ceramic subway tile backsplashes and top-of-the-line appliances by Sub-Zero, Viking and Bosch. Each unit comes with its own washer and dryer, gracious entry foyer, insulated dual window system, and oversized walk-in closets. Units range from 1,200-square foot two-bedrooms to 3,800-square foot three-bedrooms and have eleven- to eighteen-foot ceilings. Six of the residences are duplexes with roof terraces.
